Family Counselling

This program is designed to support the emotional and psychological needs of clients. Many clients are suffering due to stress, domestic issues, anger management problems, addiction and substance abuse.  Our experienced psychotherapist and counsellors work with clients to provide support and direction to overcome obstacles and make positive changes to their lives.

The psychotherapy/counselling program help those concerned with both individual, family and group therapy sessions. The Courts, Probation and Parole officers, Children Aid Societies, lawyers, Social service providers, employers, concerned family/friends and settlement workers refer clients to us.

This service includes helping clients to become aware of their feelings and share them with the therapist and/or in the group with the participants.  Clients are supported to share their grievances, which eventually make them feel relieved.

All needing this counselling support are welcome to receive our services at no cost.
